Friday, March 2, 2012 – The annual Columbia-Princeton Probability Day conference will take place in Columbia University’s Northwest Corner Building.
From June 4-8 the mathematics department will host a conference on Probability, Control and Finance, in honor of mathematics faculty member and chair Ioannis Karatzas.
The Spring Samuel Eilenberg Lectures begin January 24th. Prof. Edward Frenkel, of UC Berkeley, will deliver the lectures for the Spring 2012 semester.
