Columbia has provided an application page to assist you in obtaining application materials. How to Get to the Mathematics Department at Columbia University

The main entrance to Columbia is on 116th street and Broadway. Enter the main gate and walk until you reach the steps. Turn left up the steps and head north. The Mathematics Building is the third building on your left, set back to the northwest corner of the campus, to the right of Earl Hall.

On entering, proceed to the fourth floor for the Undergraduate Department Office in room 410, or to the fifth floor for the Graduate Office in room 509.
