Joint Yale-Columbia representation theory seminar: Springer theory (Fall 2022)

This is a joint seminar between Yale and Columbia grad students. Some of the meetings will be in person (at Yale or Columbia), and the rest will be on zoom. You can find the schedule below.

This is a learning seminar on Springer Theory. The plan is to cover chapters 1-6 in Chriss and Ginzburg's book, following the outline below.

Outline of the seminar.

Talks will roughly be 2 hours long including a break in the middle. In-person talks will be followed by an exercise session.
