Cosmic Variance has <a href=\"http:\/\/cosmicvariance.com\/2008\/09\/09\/live-blogging-the-lhc-startup\/\">live-blogging<\/a> about this by a group of theorists, and <a href=\"http:\/\/dorigo.wordpress.com\/\">Tommaso Dorigo<\/a> will be in the CMS control room.  He just might blog about this.   For up-to-the-minute news, try the <a href=\"http:\/\/lhc-commissioning.web.cern.ch\/lhc-commissioning\/\">LHC beam commissioning site<\/a>.  Here&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/lhc-commissioning.web.cern.ch\/lhc-commissioning\/dailynews\/First attempt to circulate beam.htm\">the plan for tomorrow<\/a>, and the <a href=\"http:\/\/lhc-commissioning.web.cern.ch\/lhc-commissioning\/dailynews\/September 8 and 9.htm\">latest news:<\/a> they&#8217;re ready to get started at 6am tomorrow Geneva time.  I&#8217;ll be asleep.<\/p>\n<p>Starting tomorrow, daily news reports about progress should appear <a href=\"http:\/\/lhc-commissioning.web.cern.ch\/lhc-commissioning\/dailynews\/index.htm\">here<\/a>.
