Today&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.news.wisc.edu\/14678\">example<\/a> is from the press office of the University of Wisconsin, and again is based on the appearance of a paper in PRL.   The <a href=\"http:\/\/arxiv.org\/abs\/0705.4097\">preprint<\/a> of the paper appeared 8 months ago on the arXiv.
