Spaces of pointed rational curves

The space of n-pointed smooth rational curves can be
compactified to Hassett's space of weighted pointed stable
curves.  Different choices of weights lead to different
compactifications related by well-understood birational
morphisms. We will describe an analogous picture for the space
of smooth hyperelliptic curves.
