The final exam covers everything taught in this course, except for the discussion 
on sinh(t) and cosh(t) (which belongs to Calculus I/II) and the material covered 
in the last lecture on April 26 ([F] 3.1, 3.2). The materials covered after 
Midterm 2 weigh more.

Friedman's notes: Section 1, Section 2
