Title: Smoothing Metrics with Bounded Ricci Curvature in Dimension 4

Abstract: We will show that given a Riemannian metric $g$ with bounded Ricci curvature and small $L^2$ norm of the curvature, we can find a nearby smooth metric. Here no assumption on the Sobolev inequality is needed. Thus our result can be applied to the collapsed case. This is the joint work with G.Tian.
