Matthew Hase-Liu

I am a third-year PhD student at Columbia interested in algebraic geometry and number theory, specifically etale cohomology, function fields, (rational) curves on smooth hypersurfaces, geometric interpretations of the circle method, multiple Dirichlet series, and moduli spaces of stable curves/maps. My advisor is Will Sawin.
