Title: First steps in solving the local real Gromov-Witten theory of curves
Abstract: In their paper ``The local Gromov-Witten theory of curves" Bryan and Pandharipande compute the GW invariants for local curves and solve the theory completely. We will give a brief review of this complex setting, reminding ourselves of the basic set up and significance of TQFTs. We will then introduce real Gromov-Witten invariants and will follow ``A Klein TQFT: the local Real Gromov-Witten theory of curves" by P. Georgieva and E. Ionel to compute them in cases, where we can reduce to a computation of complex invariants.
