Zoner

Zoner is a sample Mac OS X Cocoa application for reading the machine location from parameter ram. It displays two values:

• gmtDelta is seconds east from Greenwich Mean Time. For example, Walnut Creek, CA is at -28,800 seconds.
• The high bit (bit 7) of dlsDelta represents the current state of daylight savings time.
